When will my order ship?
Lee & Birch ships Monday to Friday excluding holidays, and all orders are shipped within 24 hours.
How can I track my order?
After your order is placed and shipping is confirmed,you will be sent tracking information.
I need my order fast do you offer Priority or Express?
Yes we offer both. For your item to go out Express that same day, your order must be submitted by 10am PST.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, Lee & Birch ships internationally. At checkout you will be able to choose your desired shipping method, First Class International or Express. For more information please refer to our International Shipping page.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order has been made it cannot be canceled or modified. However if you need to change the size and we have stock we will accommodate your request. To send changes please email us at info@leeandbirch.com
Will I be charged Sales Tax?
We do not charge sales tax, with the exception of Michigan.

What credit cards do you accept?
Lee & Birch accepts all major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover.
How do I purchase a gift certificate?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift certificates at this time. We are working on making them available online. Gift cards purchased at the Lee & Birch retail location cannot be used on the website yet, but if you find something you would like to purchase and you have a gift card, give us a call at 616.233.4001 and we will place your order over the phone.
