IN STORE RETURN POLICY
All items with tags attached may be returned for in-store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Receipt must be present, no exceptions. In-store credit will be applied to a gift card that never expires.
In Store Holiday Returns: After November 1, all items with tags attached may be returned until January 14 for in-store credit or exchange. Receipt or gift receipt must be present, no exceptions.

www.leeandbirch.com will gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Returns will not be processed without prior approval. After receiving approval and an RA#, returns must be received at our processing center within 7 days.
Website returns are not accepted in our retail store. If you wish to drop off the item(s) at the store to avoid shipping charges, please follow all steps in the return process and once you receive your RA#, you can drop the item(s) off at the store.
All sales after November 1 can be returned or exchanged until January 15. Follow above directions to receive an RA# for all returns.
Returns are not accepted on Sale items, Belts, Jewelry, Accessories, Tights/Hosiery, Intimate Apparel, Gloves, Hats, Scarves, Pre-order & Special order items. There are no exceptions to this policy.
All items are fully inspected and sent out in pristine condition. However, should you receive a defective item please notify us within two days of receipt to be eligible for a return.
All Sale Items are FINAL SALE. There are no exceptions to this policy.
PROMO CODES / COUPONS
Items purchased with promo codes, discounts or coupons are eligible for exchange or store merchandise credit for in stock items.
1. Contact us at email@example.com to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Returns made without the RA# will not be accepted.
Please include the following information in your email:
a. Your name
b. Order number
c. Item number
d. Item Name
e. Item Size
f. Item Color (if Applicable)
g. Reason for Return
h. Whether you would like a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Note: If you do wish to exchange the item, please inform us of the name of the product, item #, size and color desired so that we can hold the item for you until we receive your return. We will waive shipping charges for the exchange.
2. Once we receive the information noted above, we will email you your RA# and the address to send your return to.
(Returns cannot be made without this number).
3. Pack your item securely in an appropriate envelope or box and send it to the address provided . Please include the original invoice (or copy) in the package so we can process your return quickly.
3. Write your RA# given to you by the returns department on the outside of your package and on your invoice. The returns department cannot accept any packages without the RA# written on the outside of the package.
4. Your box must be marked and returned within seven days. Any box returned to Lee & Birch without a return authorization number or after the seven day time frame will be refused and sent back to you at your expense.
Please note that we are not responsible for items shipped back to us should they be lost or damaged during transit and as such, we urge you to insure your item as this will provide you with recourse with the shipping company.
Items must not have been worn, altered or washed and must be in original condition with tags attached.
Returns received in worn condition will not be refunded, and may be subject to a 50% restocking fee on the price of the item(s).
Tags cannot be taken off or secured or pinned back on, they must be present on the item as they were sent out. Items must be returned with all original vendor packaging in the condition you received it as they are considered part of the product. Items which do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange will not be accepted. Shoes which are not in original condition with scuffs or odors will not be accepted. Please try your shoes on a carpeted surface.
Items purchased with a coupon or promotional code are eligible for exchange or store merchandise credit.
If you wish to exchange an item, please inform us of the new item(s) you would like us to send in your return email. This will ensure that the item is held for you until we receive the old item in our processing center. Once your item for exchange is received, your new item will be sent to you along with an email to confirm shipments. Lee & Birch will ship domestic exchanges FREE of charge with the exception of footwear, coats/jacket, furniture, or any other heavy items.
Once an exchange is made it cannot be returned again for either refund or exchange.
STORE MERCHANDISE CREDIT:
If you wish to receive store merchandise credit for a return or you are returning an item that is only available for store credit, please note on your return email. Store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift certificate and is valid for one year. Please allow up to 1 week for your return to be processed and store credit emailed to you. Store credit can only be used on in stock merchandise.
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it or obtain store merchandise credit. If you wish to return a gift item, please follow the same return instructions. . Store credit is valid for one year and we will ship your exchange FREE. Your credit can be used on in stock merchandise.
Lee & Birch will notify you via email once your return/exchange has been processed. Please note: we will not begin processing the refund until the product has arrived.
Refunds will be credited to the same card used to make your purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund for any order which included free shipping. Please allow 1 week for your refund to be processed from the date we inspect it for return. Depending on your credit card company's processing time it can take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Refused shipments will be assessed a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges. Please note we are not responsible or liable for the return, tracking down of, receipt or condition of refused shipments.
