ITEM AVAILABILITY
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally items may be out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted via email in either instance. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
PRE-ORDERS
When you pre-order an item from Lee & Birch it is reserved exclusively for you and the order is placed with the manufacturer/designer. Your card is charged when the order is placed. Coupon codes are not applicable on pre-ordered items. Please note that we have no control over when a pre-ordered item arrives, but instead offer estimates. This is due to the designer's production schedules and sometimes an item may arrive several weeks before or after. If we are not able to fulfill your order within the estimated time period we will issue you a full refund.
SPECIAL ORDERS
See an item that you'd like that isn't currently in stock? Or would like a different color or size? Shoot us an email at info@leeandbirch.com and we will be happy to let you know if we can special order the item for you.
Special orders cannot be canceled or returned and are not eligible for refund.
DISCOUNT AND COUPON CODE EXCLUSIONS
From time to time we offer discounts and coupon codes to our customers. In most cases your coupon code is valid for all items contained in an order however there are some exceptions. The following types of items are excluded from discounts:
- Gift Certificates
- Pre-orders
- Sale Items
- Coupon codes cannot be combined
If an order comes through with a discount code applied to an item listed above, the discount will be removed and your order total will be adjusted.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is placed that states your order number and an approximate order total. Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email with tracking information.
SIZING
We have provided size charts for your reference. Please note size charts are a reference point and all brands will fit differently. We will include individual sizing information for all items to give you an idea of fit for that particular item and brand. Remember, we are always on hand to assist with any sizing questions.
CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER
We ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, as it cannot be modified once submitted.
Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled or modified.
PAYMENT
Lee & Birch accepts all major credit cards; Visa, American Express, Discover and MasterCard. Your card will be charged when your order is placed, should your payment decline Lee & Birch is not liable for delays in delivery.
SALES TAX
Lee & Birch is located in Michigan and is required by law to charge sales tax on items shipping to Michigan. All other states and countries are not charged sales tax.
